Terms of use

Effective 27 October 2026 · Wersja polska

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the game Strażnica (the “Game”) and to this website. The Game is published by i2p30m (“we”, “us”).

If you get the Game from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. From Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. From itch.io, the itch.io Terms of Service also apply. Where these terms and the store’s terms differ on payments or refunds, the store’s terms prevail.

How we handle data is described separately in our privacy policy. In short: the Game collects none.

2. Your licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use – within the usage rules of the store you got it from.

You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the Game or its content, or reverse-engineer it, except where the law expressly allows it. Editing your own save files on your own device is at your own risk.

3. Who the Game is for

The Game is a single-player action RPG: you fight beasts and plague nests with a sword and skills, and dissect the beasts you bring back. It is made for teenagers and adults and is not directed at children under 13. If you are younger than the age of digital consent in your country, please play with the permission of a parent or guardian, who then accepts these terms on your behalf.

4. Price: paid once

  • The Game is sold for a one-time price. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no ads: everything in the Game is included in that price.
  • The price is shown in the store in your local currency, including any taxes the store collects. Payment is processed by Apple, Google or itch.io; we never receive your payment details.
  • Your purchase belongs to the store account you bought with. You can reinstall the Game from that account at no extra cost, within that store’s rules. A purchase in one store does not carry over to another store or platform.

5. Refunds and the right of withdrawal

For the App Store, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, from your Google Play order history. Both are handled by the store under its own policy. For itch.io, write to us with your purchase details and we will sort it out with you. If something went wrong, write to us in any case – we are happy to help.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right ends once the delivery has started with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal – which the store asks you to confirm when you buy.

6. Your saves

The Game keeps your three save slots and your settings only on your device, in the Game’s own storage. We have no copy of them and cannot restore a lost or deleted save. If you change device or reinstall, copy the save files first where your system allows it.

7. Our content

The Game, its art, music, sounds, texts and code are owned by us or used under licence and are protected by copyright. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of this to you.

8. Updates and availability

We improve the Game over time, so updates may add, change or fix things. The Game may occasionally need a current operating system version or an update to keep working. The Game works offline; if we ever stop offering it, a copy already installed keeps working.

9. Our responsibility

We take great care to make the Game reliable and fair. If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital content (in the EU, under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and national law), and nothing in these terms limits them.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.

10. Complaints

If the Game does not work as described, please write to i2p30m@gmail.com with the Game version (shown on the store page or in your device’s app settings), your device or computer and system version, and a short description of the problem. We reply to complaints within 14 days.

If you are a consumer in Poland, you can also get free help from your local consumer ombudsman (miejski lub powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). Consumers elsewhere in the EU can contact their national consumer centre (ECC-Net).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in the courts of that country.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add platforms or when the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not affect a purchase you have already made.
