Send an e-mailWe usually reply within two working days. It helps if you include:

- what happened, the day of the game if you know it, and a screenshot if you can.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. There is no account of any kind, and the Game plays completely offline – it never connects to the internet.
Where are my saves, and can I lose them?
On your device only: three slots, saved automatically every morning after Jin sleeps, with a copy of the previous autosave. If a save file is damaged, the Game offers that previous morning instead of crashing. We have no copy of your saves, so deleting the Game on a phone deletes them too.
Can I move my save from my phone to my computer?
The save format is the same on every platform, but there is no cloud sync: saves never travel between devices by themselves.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?
No. You pay once in the store and get the whole game. No ads, no microtransactions, no subscriptions.
Which platforms is it on?
iPhone and Android phones in portrait, iPad, and macOS and Windows computers in landscape. The store buttons on the home page show “Coming soon” until each store page is live.
Which languages are there?
English and Polish. You can switch at any time in the settings (Options).
How do I play with a keyboard?
Click to move or WASD, 1–6 for the skills, Q and E for extracts, Tab for the inventory, M for the map, F to talk to a guest or use a station, Esc to close a panel. You can rebind the keys in the settings.
Is it suitable for children?
It is an action RPG where you fight beasts and plague nests and dissect what you hunt. It is made for teenagers and adults and is not directed at children under 13.
How do I get a refund?
App Store purchases: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: your order history in Google Play. itch.io: write to us with your purchase details. If something doesn’t work, please tell us too – we would rather fix it.
Deleting your data
The Game collects no personal data and has no account, so there is nothing to delete on any server – there is no server. Everything the Game knows is in your save and settings files on your own device:
- iPhone, iPad and Android: delete the Game. Its saves and settings are removed with it.
- macOS: delete the Game and the folder
~/.Library/ Application Support/ com.i2p30m.straznica/ - Windows: uninstall the Game and delete the folder

If you have e-mailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to i2p30m@gmail.com and we will delete it within one month. Your purchase record stays with the store you bought from (Apple, Google or itch.io) under its own policy. Details are in the privacy policy.
