Privacy policy

Effective 27 October 2026 · Wersja polska

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This privacy policy explains how i2p30m (“we”, “us”) handles information in the game Strażnica (the “Game”), on every platform it is sold for (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows), and on this website.

We are the data controller for the little processing described here. You can reach us at any time at i2p30m@gmail.com.

2. The Game collects no personal data

The Game is single-player and works completely offline. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no crash reporting and no third-party SDKs, and it makes no network connections of its own: nothing you do in the Game is sent to us or to anyone else. Unity’s hardware statistics are switched off and no Unity online services are enabled.

So there is nothing about you on any server of ours – we have no servers for the Game at all.

3. What stays on your device

To keep your progress, the Game writes a few files locally on your device, in its own storage. They never leave the device and we cannot see them:

  • saves – up to three slots (saves/slot1.json to slot3.json), each with a copy of the previous morning’s autosave (.bak): your day, base, inventory, quests and choices;
  • settings (settings.json) – language, volumes, hints, vibration and the active slot; on a computer also the window, vsync and your key bindings.

On phones the files live inside the Game’s app storage and are removed when you delete the Game. On macOS they are in ~/Library/Application Support/com.i2p30m.straznica/, on Windows in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\i2p30m\Strażnica\. How to delete them is described on the support page.

4. What the Game never does

  • No advertising and no advertising identifiers – the Game never asks for tracking permission.
  • No accounts, no profiles, no tracking across apps or websites, no sale or sharing of personal data.
  • No access to your location, camera, microphone, photos or contacts.
  • No in-app purchases: the Game is paid once in the store.

5. Buying the Game: Apple, Google and itch.io

You buy the Game in the App Store, Google Play or on itch.io. The store handles your account, the payment and the download as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy: Apple, Google, itch.io. We never see your card or billing details.

Apple and Google show developers aggregated statistics (such as the number of downloads per country) and crash reports from people who chose, in their device settings, to share diagnostics with app developers. These come from the store and the operating system, not from the Game, and do not tell us who you are. If you buy on itch.io, itch.io may give us the purchase details its privacy policy allows (for example the buyer’s e-mail address, if the buyer agreed to share it); we use them only to help with that purchase and never for marketing.

6. When you contact us

If you e-mail us, we receive your e-mail address, your message and anything you attach (for example a screenshot or a save file you choose to send). We use it only to answer you and to fix what you report, and keep the conversation for up to 24 months after the last message, unless we need it longer to establish or defend legal claims. Our e-mail is provided by Google (Gmail), which stores messages on our behalf.

7. This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts – it has no scripts at all. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, and there are no forms.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), which processes technical data such as your IP address, browser (user agent), the page requested and the time, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. These server logs are kept by Vercel for a short period set by Vercel, and we do not use them to identify visitors.

9. Recipients and international transfers

We share data only with the providers named above – Vercel (website hosting) and Google (e-mail) – each bound by its data processing terms. Apple, Google and itch.io process purchase data as independent controllers. We never sell data.

Vercel and Google are based in the United States. Where personal data may leave the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the transfer is covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where the recipient is certified) or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. How long data is kept

  • Saves and settings: on your device, until you delete them or the Game.
  • Support e-mails: up to 24 months after the last message.
  • Website server logs: for the short period set by Vercel.

11. Children

The Game is an action RPG with fighting, made for teenagers and adults, and is not directed at children under 13. Because the Game collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either. If a child has e-mailed us and a parent or guardian wants the message deleted, write to us and we will delete it.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to i2p30m@gmail.com; we reply within one month. In practice the only personal data we may hold is your e-mail correspondence with us.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority – in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl), or the authority where you live or work.

If you live in California or another U.S. state with a consumer privacy law: we do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use sensitive personal information.

13. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the Game handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect, and mention it in the Game’s update notes.
